FITCHBURG – Riverfront Children's Theatre presents the “Spring Showcase” featuring an original comedy: “Three Billy Goats BLUFF” on Saturday, March 28, at 1 pm at Fitchburg Library. The show is free and will be followed by a reception. “We have actors ranging from age 4 to pre-teen,” explains director Sally Cragin. “This year, I had a group of very ambitious seven to nine year olds, and creating a new version of the “Three Billy Goats” play was a great idea. I was able to create parts tailored for each of the young actors.”
The Showcase will begin with a revue by the Rainbow Kids, actors age four to age six. The production will be followed by a Family Improv Workshop, during which time audience members are invited to participate.

The cast includes: Camila Marino, Jet Cragin Warner, Frank and Georgie Gallo, Maiya and Autumn Tellier, Jessie Worthley of Fitchburg; Zayvion (Ziggy) Hart and Rocket Murphy of Lunenburg, Aaliyah Gunsalus of Westminster, Thalia Pires of Leominster, Antonia Duteau-Young of Rindge, Sadie Leonard of Leominster. RCT student assistants this year were Alicia Giannetti and Dylan Dandy of Fitchburg and Neve Pires of Leominster. Riverfront Children's Theatre is supported by Fitchburg Public Library and the Fitchburg Cultural Council. For more information, email sallycragin@verizon.net, or stop in at the Library.
